OUR SELECTION OF HOMEMADE FIGOLLI AND COLOMBA

Our Colomba is artisanal and and naturally leavened with sourdough ,made over three days with no preservatives or additives. It can last up to one month if kept in a cool, dry place ( around 18 degrees).But we recomend enjoying it soon when you collect it to savour its fresh aroma, softness, and delicate flavour.
