Our panettone is artisanal and and naturally leavened with sourdough ,made over three days with no preservatives or additives.It can last up to one month if kept in a cool,dry place (aroud 18 degrees).But we reccomend enjoying it soon when you collect it to savour its fresh aroma,softness,and delicate flavour.
